Your Right to Delete Your Data

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete the personal data we hold about you — such as your name, phone number, email address, or correspondence history — you may submit a deletion request using the options below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 — WhatsApp: Send a message to +62 881-0807-13263 with the subject "DATA DELETION REQUEST". Include your name and the contact information you used to reach us.

Option 2 — Email: Send an email to sincere.weddings@gmail.com with the subject "DATA DELETION REQUEST" and include the same details.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity to ensure the data belongs to you.
2. Delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
3. Confirm the deletion to you via the contact method you used.

Important Notes

Certain data may be retained where required by law (for example, accounting records). Photos and videos delivered as part of a paid service may remain in our archive unless specifically requested for removal.
