SINCERE Wedding Documentary provides wedding photography and videography services including wedding documentary films, pre-wedding sessions, engagement coverage, and photo sessions. All service details, coverage hours, crew size, and deliverables are specified in the package agreement provided at the time of booking.
Booking is confirmed upon payment of the agreed deposit. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule in your agreement. All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are valid for events in Surabaya unless otherwise specified. Location-based pricing applies for Jakarta, Bali, and other destinations.
Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling is accommodated when possible, subject to availability and advance notice.
Final edited photos and films are delivered via flashdisk or digital transfer according to the agreed timeline. Raw files (unprocessed photos/videos) are not included unless explicitly stated in the package.
We retain the copyright of all photographs and films we produce. Clients receive a personal usage license for their delivered media. We may use delivered work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written exclusivity agreement is in place.
All content on this website, including photographs, videos, text, and brand assets, is the property of SINCERE Wedding Documentary and may not be reproduced without permission.
While we take every precaution to capture your special day, we are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure, beyond the terms agreed in your contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
